Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions

Effective May 19, 2026. These terms govern access to and use of Social Proof, including our mobile app, brand workspace, public certificates, and related services.

Use of the Service

You may use Social Proof only if you can form a binding agreement and comply with these terms and applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

Accounts and Brand Workspaces

Brand workspace users must provide accurate information and have authority to manage the brand content they submit. We may suspend or limit access if we believe an account is unauthorized, insecure, abusive, or in violation of these terms.

User and Brand Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Social Proof a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and modify that content as needed to operate, improve, promote, and provide the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or infringing content, misrepresent affiliation with a brand, scrape the service without permission, or use Social Proof to harm others.

Intellectual Property

Social Proof and its software, design, trademarks, and service content are owned by Social Proof or its licensors. These terms do not grant you rights to our intellectual property except for the limited right to use the service as permitted.

Third-Party Services

The service may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices, and your use of those services may be governed by separate terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Social Proof will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if continued access is no longer commercially or legally practical.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the revised terms.
